Judy Rayer
Judy Rayer grew up on Long Island in a home filled with art, music, and creativity. For more than a decade, while working as a consultant in the software industry, she maintained an active painting practice, creating commissioned pet portraits for friends, family, and colleagues. Recently retired, Rayer now has the time and space to return fully to her artistic roots, using painting to explore both the external world and her inner landscape. Working primarily in acrylics, her work balances observation with emotional resonance. She has exhibited in Croton-on-Hudson, including the 2025 Croton Council on the Arts Local Color Members Exhibition.
