All hanging art must be framed and properly wired with secure hanging wire. No other types of hangers are acceptable. Hanging art in a media that is vulnerable to damage from touch, such as but not limited to graphite,
pastel or charcoal, must be framed with glass or clear plastic. Any work that is not properly wired will be rejected.
3D ART can be of any medium e.g. ceramic, stone, wood, metal, etc., and should not require special presentation consideration such as restricted access. Small pieces will require an artist supplied pedestal. Large pieces will be placed on the floor unless a pedestal is supplied by the artist.
All artists must complete and submit the BETHANY ARTS COMMUNITY ART SHOW PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT at the time of drop-off at BAC.
Artwork must match the online submission or it will be rejected.
All work must have the title and artist name and contact info on the back (2D artwork) or the bottom (3D artwork).
